Allow linking a GitHub/GitLab branch directly to a ChatGPT Project workspace with automatic diff indexing so we don't have to re-upload modified files on every commit.

Read-only GitHub webhook sync on a specific branch inside Projects would eliminate 90% of manual copy-pasting.
